Job Responsibilities
- Keep accountability of all types of Company vehicles and mechanical equipment.
- Regularly inspect and ensure proper maintenance of all vehicles.
- Monitor and record fuel consumption of each vehicle to ensure economy of use.
- Maintain a logbook for each vehicle to record assigned drivers’ information and endorse maintenance & trip records.
- Ensure updating all required documents for each vehicle including valid driving licenses of drivers.
- Carry out economic repair works and replace damaged parts, as and when required.
- Ensure justified use of pool vehicles (if any).
- Ensure safe parking of vehicles during off time.
- Educate and train drivers on traffic rules & maintenance of assigned vehicle.
- Arrange and monitor the use of mechanical equipment for real-estate construction works in projects.
- Take prior approval with quotations before any type of mechanical purchase.
- Prepare monthly fuel and vehicle usage reports.
- Report to the management on a monthly basis.
- Any other task assigned from time to time by the management.
Requirements
- Age 24 to 38 years
- Only Male
- Practical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of vehicle documentation and regulatory requirements
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage drivers, workshops, vendors and multiple vehicles effectively
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Diploma in Automobile
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience
- 2 to 6 years
