Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in South Korea.
- Provide accurate information about Korean universities, programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and study pathways.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capacity, and eligibility to recommend suitable institutions and programs.
- Guide students throughout the admission and student visa application process, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission.
- Follow up with students, universities, and relevant stakeholders regarding applications, offers, admission decisions, and visa processing.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face counseling.
- Achieve individual and team admission/enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Stay updated on changes in South Korean university admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarships, and study-abroad policies.
- Support education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities organized by the company.
- Perform other duties related to student counseling and overseas education services as assigned.
Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- 1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling, preferably with South Korea applications.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in international education may also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of South Korean universities, admission procedures, and student visa processes will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet admission/enrollment targets.
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms.
- Positive, professional, and student-focused attitude.
- Ability to understand students’ needs and provide ethical and realistic guidance.
- Willingness to learn and keep updated with changes in the South Korean education sector.

Educational Requirement
