Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, generating leads, handling customers, and converting leads into sales.
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve conversion.
- Conduct SEO activities and monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Generate, follow up, and manage leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, email, and other communication channels.
- Communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate product/property information.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Arrange and conduct customer meetings, property/product presentations, and site visits when required.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and explain offers, pricing, features, and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure proper after-sales communication.
- Create engaging social media creatives, banners, flyers, promotional materials, and other marketing content using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Create and edit promotional videos, reels, and property showcase videos for social media platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, sales conversion, and prepare regular reports.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure all marketing and sales activities are completed within deadlines.
