Job Responsibilities
Job Summary:Jamuna chicks & feed is looking for proactive, energetic, and target-driven candidates for the position of Executiver – Sales & Marketing. The role is responsible for supporting the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets, developing new customer bases, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting overall sales operations across assigned territories.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets of the company.
- Identify prospective customers and follow up on leads and potential clients.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Assist senior sales executives during client meetings and field visits when required.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- The applicants should have experience in chicks & feed(poultry,fish,cattle) sales & marketing.
- Microsoft Office Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Agro Marketing Client Relationship Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience in chicks & Feed sales & marketing
- Experience in the relevant fields will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in a remote area as well as in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel within assigned sales territories.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor/Honors
- DVM/AH graduates are preferable
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup, Poultry, Fisheries
