GreenTown Holdings Limited is expanding its Real Estate Sales & Marketing Team and looking for motivated, energetic, and result-oriented individuals who are passionate about sales, customer communication, and real estate marketing.Department: Sales & MarketingVacancies: MultipleProject Location: Kolabagan West, Silo Road, Siddhirganj, NarayanganjKey Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company`s Real Estate Projects(Land,Flat & Shop).
- Generate new leads through field marketing and direct customer interaction.
- Identify and approach potential buyers and investors.
- Promote Land Share & Flat Share investment opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct project visits with prospective customers.
- Explain project features, location, payment plans, and investment opportunities clearly.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Collect market information and provide regular feedback to the Sales & Marketing Team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Field Marketing, Telemarketing, or Sales.
- Strong knowledge of sales and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic, target-oriented, and customer-friendly personality.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Willingness to work in the field and meet potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Requirement
- Graduation/Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
