Job Responsibilities
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Plan and manage social media marketing activities.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Develop effective advertising strategies to generate leads and increase sales.
- Conduct telemarketing and follow up with potential customers.
- Write sales and marketing-related content for social media and promotional campaigns.
- Create and edit short-form videos/reels.
- Manage social media pages and respond to customer inquiries.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Work with the marketing team to achieve sales and business targets.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram marketing.
- Good content writing skills, especially sales and marketing content.
- Video editing skills.
- Good communication and telemarketing skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to create engaging social media content.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising analytics and campaign optimization.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Candidates with practical experience in running Meta Ads will be given preference.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Requirement
- Minimum HSC or equivalent.
- Relevant certification/course in Meta Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.
Experience
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
