Our Bangladesh Liaison Office plays a key role in ensuring that every garment produced by our partner factories meets the quality standards our customers expect. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join us as Quality Controller.THE ROLEAs Quality Controller, you will be our quality voice on the factory floor. You will guide production from fabric to finished garment, translate headquarters’ technical requirements into practical action, and work closely with factories to get it right the first time.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out hands-on quality inspections at apparel factories and drive practical improvements in production.
• Review and interpret buyer tech packs and comments, and advise factories on garment development accordingly.
• Ensure production meets the fit and PP samples approved by headquarters, working to set targets that minimize re-inspections.
• Track the full status of each order — from fabric to finished garment — and forecast final inspection dates.
• Evaluate garment samples for measurements, workmanship, quality and construction.
• Give factories clear corrective guidance on workmanship and construction discrepancies, as well as fabric issues such as shading and weaving defects.
• Liaise daily with our internal Technical Team to secure approval of pre-production and production samples to the commercial standard specified by our overseas head office.

Experience

• At least 5 years in a similar position, working for or with a European customer.
• Currently employed in a similar position with or for a European retailer.
• Strong knowledge of all apparel categories and production methodologies.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based software such as Kubix and PLM.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in Bangla and English, both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A technical qualification in Textile Technology or Garment Engineering is a strong advantage.
